Jupyter-lab experience and Typescript fluency

Hey everyone (JS people in particular),
Would anyone be interested in using http://phosphorjs.github.io/ based jupyter-lab to prototype the frontend for a foodstamp distributor?

    sorry, toning down on the irrelevancies, I'm just wondering whether someone would like to explore using Jupyter-lab, (which is a VERY extensible in-browser IDE running on top of a jupyter kernel) as the User Interface for any of their app ideas.
